Time and time again I wonder about just where this world is going, or, rather,where are these idiots we elect or those who pushe their way to the top to rule the rest of us...just where are they taking us?
To even remotely understand where we may be going, long term or short, I believe that we must have a somewhat clear and unbiased opinion and idea of where we have been,,,recently, that is say the last 100 years. With this understanding we could possibly hope to understand and plan the future.
Does it make sense to see the worlds population double within the next 50 years? Unless we take serious immediate steps to change our present ways that's exactly what's going to happen, unless of course nature decides enough is enough and puts a stop to it...famine, world hunger, floods, drought,epidemics,earthquaques etc.
